Q. How Often Should I Defragment my Windows XP computer?
A. Defragmenting can be done as routinely as once per week. A good Indication that a Defrag is needed would be slowing down of opening programs or general sluggish behavior. Click Start, then Run, then Type in dfrg.msc, press ok, press the Defragment button when window appears.
